Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collect requirements from store, production, or office teams and prepare enquiries or RFQs for approved vendors.[web:362][web:364][web:366]
- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, delivery, and basic specifications, and submit for approval to seniors or management.[web:362][web:364]
- Prepare purchase orders in ERP or Excel as per approved quotation and share with vendors, ensuring clear terms and conditions.[web:362][web:366]
- Track order status, follow up for dispatch and delivery, and coordinate with stores for GRN and bill submission.[web:362][web:366][web:368]
- Maintain updated records of purchase orders, vendor details, price lists, and basic contracts or rate agreements.[web:362][web:364][web:366]
- Support simple cost analysis, highlight savings, and follow company purchase and approval procedures at all times.[web:362][web:366][web:367]
Candidate Profile
- Experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor coordination in a company, trading, or manufacturing environment is preferred.[web:362][web:366]
- Basic knowledge of local market vendors for materials or services related to the company’s line of business.[web:362][web:371]
- Comfortable using email, Excel, and basic ERP or billing software for purchase entry and tracking.[web:366][web:368]
