Role Overview
We are hiring compassionate Home Nurses for home healthcare direct patient families in Akola. You will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients at home including elderly care, post-surgical care, medication management, vital monitoring, and supporting daily activities.
This role is ideal for GNM/ANM qualified nurses who enjoy one-on-one patient care in a home setting. Both experienced nurses and freshers with registration can apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per care plan and doctor's instructions.
- Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2) and report any abnormalities.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.
- Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide post-surgical and post-hospitalization care.
- Educate family members on patient care and nutrition.
- Maintain patient records and report to supervising doctor or agency.
Candidate Profile
- GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with Maharastra Nursing Council (mandatory).
- 0–5 years of nursing experience (freshers with registration can apply).
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English helpful for some families).
- Ability to handle medical emergencies with calmness.
- Willingness to travel to patient homes (local candidates preferred).

- Elderly Care: Geriatric patients needing daily assistance and monitoring.
- Post-surgical Care: Patients recovering from surgeries at home.
- Chronic Illness: Diabetes, hypertension, cardiac care, etc.
- Palliative Care: Terminally ill patients needing comfort care.
