Role Overview
We are hiring GNM qualified Staff Nurses for leading hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in Akola. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors during medical procedures, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records.
This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Both experienced nurses and fresher GNM candidates with valid nursing council registration can apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed in the ward / ICU / general ward.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Handle emergency situations with calmness and follow medical protocols.
Candidate Profile
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) completed from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with Maharastra Nursing Council (or eligibility to register).
- 0–5 years of clinical experience (freshers with good internship can apply).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (basic Hindi is a plus).
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

- Multi-speciality Hospitals: General wards, ICUs, emergency departments.
- Nursing Homes & Clinics: Outpatient care, minor procedures.
- Community Health Centers: Rural and urban health programs.
- Home Healthcare: Visiting patients at home (for specific roles).
