Key Responsibilities

Apply codes in the correct order and follow company and client coding guidelines on every case.
Meet daily targets on volume and accuracy while updating completion status in the coding tool or tracker.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient and client information and follow company data security policies.
Review patient charts, discharge summaries, operative notes, and other clinical documents allocated for coding.
Assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes using the coding systems required for the project.
Check documents for incomplete or unclear information and raise queries through the internal process when needed.

Candidate Profile

Comfortable reading medical documentation and following structured coding rules and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive documentation without losing accuracy.
Ready to work from the company office in Wayanad, with shift timing based on project requirements.
