Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, and hospital website content.
- Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, and presentations.
- Track and report on marketing metrics, patient acquisition sources, and ROI.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth patient referrals and follow-ups.
- Represent the hospital at health fairs, exhibitions, and corporate tie-ups.
- Promote hospital services, specialities, and doctors to generate patient inquiries and admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Organize and coordinate health camps, CME programs, and community outreach events.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing (healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Wayanad for field visits and camp coordination.
Marketing Channels
- Doctor Referral Program: Visiting clinics, building relationships with general practitioners.
- Health Camps: Organizing camps in residential areas, corporate offices, and communities.
- Digital Marketing: Social media, Google Ads, SEO, hospital website management.
- Corporate Tie-ups: Partnering with companies for employee health check-ups.
- Community Outreach: Awareness programs, school health initiatives.
