Key Responsibilities

Ensure all gym equipment is well-maintained and safe for use; coordinate repairs when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and gym policies.
Prepare reports on membership, revenue, and operational metrics for management.
Oversee day-to-day gym operations including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and member services.
Manage and train gym staff including trainers, front desk, and cleaning personnel.
Drive membership sales through promotions, tours, and follow-ups with leads.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2–6 years of experience in gym/fitness center management or related role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to achieve membership targets.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle.
