Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and case histories.
- Coordinate with other departments for integrated patient care when needed.
- Participate in health camps, wellness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Follow hospital protocols, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure patient safety.
- Guide and supervise junior doctors, interns, and therapy staff as needed.
- Consult with patients in OPD and IPD settings, taking detailed medical history and performing examinations.
- Diagnose conditions based on Ayurvedic principles and prescribe appropriate treatments including herbal medicines, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Perform Panchakarma and other Ayurvedic procedures as per hospital protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with Kerala Board of Indian Medicine or eligibility to register.
- 0–5 years of clinical experience (freshers with good internship can apply).
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, diagnostics, and treatment methods.
- Familiarity with Panchakarma procedures and Ayurvedic pharmacy is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work in a team.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining digital patient records.

- OPD Services: General Ayurvedic consultations, follow-ups.
- IPD Care: Managing in-patients under Ayurvedic treatment protocols.
- Panchakarma Center: Supervising and performing detoxification therapies.
