Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maternal and child health services: antenatal care, postnatal care, immunization, and family planning advice.
  • Conduct health education sessions for patients and families on nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Maintain patient records, reports, and registers accurately.
  • Assist doctors during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Participate in community health outreach programs and camps.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly.
  • Provide basic nursing care including checking vital signs, dressing wounds, and administering medications as prescribed.

Candidate Profile

  • ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration with Kerala Nursing Council (or eligibility to register).
  • 0–4 years of experience (freshers with good internship can apply).
  • Knowledge of maternal and child health, immunization schedules, and community health.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English helpful).
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to work in diverse settings.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts or community visit schedules.

Work Settings

  • Private Hospitals: General wards, outpatient departments.
