Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- Follow safety guidelines while handling packing materials and equipment.
- Report any issues or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Pack finished products into boxes, cartons, or pallets according to company standards.
- Apply labels, barcodes, and stickers on packages with correct information.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
- Ensure accurate count and documentation of packed items.
- Assist in arranging packed goods for dispatch or storage.
Candidate Profile
- 8th / 10th / 12th pass (no specific educational requirement).
- 0–3 years of experience in packing or factory work (freshers can apply).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Basic counting and numerical skills.
- Physical fitness for standing and lifting for long periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
