Role Overview

We are hiring Security Guards for Night Shifts at various locations in Kannur including offices, banks, factories, residential complexes, and commercial establishments. You will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring the safety of people and property during nighttime hours.

This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, responsible, and comfortable working during night hours. Both experienced guards and freshers with basic security training can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor premises during night hours to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, including buildings, parking lots, and perimeter.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity to the supervisor or control room.
Control access of vehicles and individuals during night shifts, verifying credentials as needed.
Maintain security logs and incident reports for all night activities.
Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with local police or fire department if required.
Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are securely locked after operating hours.
Assist in fire safety checks and emergency preparedness during night shifts.

Candidate Profile

10th / 12th pass (higher education is a plus but not mandatory).
0–5 years of experience in security (freshers with security training can apply).
Good physical fitness and ability to stay alert during night hours.
Basic communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi helpful for specific locations).
Alertness, honesty, and a responsible attitude.
Knowledge of basic security equipment (CCTV, walkie-talkie, fire extinguisher) is a plus.
Valid PSARA license / security training certificate preferred but not mandatory (company can assist).
Willingness to work fixed night shifts (typically 8 PM to 8 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM).
