Role Overview

We are hiring Security Guards for Day Shifts at various locations in Kannur including offices, banks, malls, residential complexes, and factories. You will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, and ensuring the safety of people and property during daytime hours.

This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, responsible, and prefer working during the day. Both experienced guards and freshers with basic security training can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles at the premises.
Maintain security logs and registers for visitors, vehicles, and deliveries.
Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to check for any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
Ensure all doors, windows, and access points are secure as per protocols.
Respond to inquiries and provide directions to visitors in a courteous manner.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual incidents to the supervisor.
Assist in managing crowd control during peak hours or special events.
Follow all safety and emergency procedures, including fire drills and first aid.

Candidate Profile

10th / 12th pass (higher education is a plus but not mandatory).
0–5 years of experience in security (freshers with security training can apply).
Good physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for long periods.
Basic communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi helpful for specific locations).
Alertness, honesty, and a responsible attitude.
Knowledge of basic security equipment (CCTV, walkie-talkie, fire extinguisher) is a plus.
Valid PSARA license / security training certificate preferred but not mandatory (company can assist).

Corporate Offices: IT parks, SEZs, commercial buildings.
Banks & ATMs: Branch security and cash transit points.
Shopping Malls: Entry/exit points and customer assistance.
Residential Complexes: Gated communities, apartment blocks.
Factories & Warehouses: Industrial security and material movement.
Hospitals: Entry control and patient assistance.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and location).
Fixed day shifts (no night duty) – typically 6 AM to 6 PM or 8 AM to 8 PM.
