Role Overview
This role is ideal for candidates who want to work as Retail Sales Executives in a company environment in Kannur. You will handle walk-in customers, explain product features, process bills, and help achieve store sales targets.
The position is store-based and involves coordination with the store manager, visual merchandising team, and other staff to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to answer queries confidently and close sales.
- Process cash / card transactions accurately using the billing system.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, visually appealing, and correctly priced.
- Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets.
- Participate in inventory counts and prevent stock shrinkage.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the manager when needed.
Candidate Profile
- 12th pass or any graduate (freshers with good communication can apply).
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales is a plus.
- Presentable, energetic, and comfortable with rotational shifts (10 am – 9 pm).
- Basic numeric skills for billing and cash handling.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (compensatory off provided).
