Role Overview

We are hiring Waiters / Servers for reputed restaurants, cafes, hotels, and fine dining establishments in Kannur. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when asked.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and politely, ensuring correct portions and presentation.
  • Check with customers throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and clear tables before, during, and after service.
  • Process customer bills, handle cash/card payments, and return correct change.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Candidate Profile

  • 10th / 12th pass or any graduate (no specific educational requirement).
  • 0–3 years of experience in food service (freshers with good communication can apply).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is a plus for some locations).
  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and polite demeanor.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
  • Basic math skills for bill processing.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • Fine Dining Restaurants: Upscale dining with formal service standards.
