Role Overview

We are hiring experienced and entry-level Plumbers for maintenance roles in residential complexes, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities in Kannur. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sanitary fittings.

This role is ideal for skilled plumbers with technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Freshers with ITI certification in Plumbing are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and faulty fixtures.
Repair or replace pipes, fittings, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and pumps.
Perform preventive maintenance checks on plumbing systems to avoid breakdowns.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for new installations.
Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Coordinate with other maintenance staff and report to the supervisor.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls during and after hours (as per shift).

Candidate Profile

ITI Certification in Plumbing or relevant work experience (2–6 years for experienced roles).
0–6 years of experience (freshers with ITI certification can apply for trainee roles).
Knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.
Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs independently.
Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights if required.
Basic communication skills in Tamil.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and respond to emergencies.
Valid driving license (for roles requiring travel to multiple sites) is a plus.
