Role Overview
We are hiring Packing Staff for manufacturing units, warehouses, and logistics centers in Kannur. You will be responsible for packing products, labeling, quality checking, and assisting in dispatch operations.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, hardworking, and want to work in a production or warehouse environment. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished products into boxes, cartons, or pallets according to company standards.
- Apply labels, barcodes, and stickers on packages with correct information.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
- Ensure accurate count and documentation of packed items.
- Assist in arranging packed goods for dispatch or storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- Follow safety guidelines while handling packing materials and equipment.
- Report any issues or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
Candidate Profile
- 8th / 10th / 12th pass (no specific educational requirement).
- 0–3 years of experience in packing or factory work (freshers can apply).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Basic counting and numerical skills.
- Physical fitness for standing and lifting for long periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
