We are hiring Kitchen Helpers / Assistants for reputed hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services in Kannur. You will be responsible for assisting chefs in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, washing utensils, and organizing ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and peeling vegetables and fruits.
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, countertops, and storage areas.
Organize ingredients and supplies in the kitchen and cold storage.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow hygiene guidelines.
Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in working condition.
Follow health and safety protocols including proper uniform and personal hygiene.

Candidate Profile

8th / 10th / 12th pass (no specific educational requirement).
0–2 years of experience in kitchen or food service (freshers can apply).
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness practices.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
Hardworking, punctual, and honest.
Basic communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi helpful but not mandatory).
Age 18–40 years (as per company policy).
