Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Housekeeping Supervisors for reputed hotels, hospitals, corporate offices, and residential complexes in Kannur. You will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, inspecting areas, managing inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals with prior housekeeping experience who have strong leadership skills and attention to detail. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff including room attendants, cleaners, and janitors.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness meets established standards.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
Prepare work schedules and assign duties to housekeeping team members.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; place orders as needed.
Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and cleaning activities.
Coordinate with other departments (front office, maintenance) for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate (hotel management preferred).
2–6 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and ability to inspect work thoroughly.
Basic computer skills for record keeping and inventory management.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
