Role Overview

We are hiring Housekeeping Staff for a reputed hotel in Kannur. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, maintaining hygiene standards, replenishing amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness and want to work in a professional hotel environment. Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
Replenish room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and infection control.
Manage linen and guest supplies as per protocol.
Assist in deep cleaning projects and turnover cleaning.

Candidate Profile

8th / 10th / 12th pass (no specific educational requirement).
0–3 years of experience in housekeeping (freshers can apply).
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
Hardworking, honest, and punctual.
Good communication skills
Physical fitness for standing and moving for long periods.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and hotel).
