Role Overview

We are hiring friendly and professional Hotel Receptionists for reputed hotel in Kannur. You will be responsible for handling guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, answering phone calls, providing information, and ensuring excellent customer service at the front desk.

This role is ideal for individuals with good communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest stays.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Upsell hotel services and promote special offers to guests.

Candidate Profile

  • 10th / 12th / Any Graduate (hotel management preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in front office or customer service (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and polite demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel management software).
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and hotel).
