Role Overview

We are hiring Computer Faculty for a well-established computer training center in Kannur. You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to students, working professionals, and job seekers in various computer courses including programming languages, web design, Tally, and basic computer skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching. Both experienced trainers and freshers with good communication skills can apply. Training will be provided on teaching methodologies and course delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and lab sessions for various computer courses (Basic, Programming, Tally, Web Design).
  • Develop lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
  • Assess student performance through regular tests, projects, and mock interviews.
  • Provide career guidance and placement support to students (if involved in placement cell).
  • Maintain student attendance records and progress reports.
  • Update course content as per industry trends and software upgrades.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and certification programs.

Courses to be Handled

  • Basic Computing: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, Email, Typing.
  • Programming: C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript (any one or more).
  • Web Designing: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, basic JavaScript.
  • Accounting: Tally Prime, GST, ERP (for commerce students).
  • Graphic Designing: Photoshop, CorelDRAW (optional, based on expertise).
  • Hardware & Networking: Basics (optional).

Faculty can specialize in one or more domains based on expertise.

Candidate Profile

  • BCA / MCA / B.Sc (CS) / B.E (CS) / M.Sc (IT) or any equivalent degree.
  • 0–3 years of teaching / training experience (freshers with subject knowledge welcome).
  • Strong command over at least two areas from: Programming / Web / Tally / Basic Computers.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Patient, approachable, and able to explain concepts to students with varying skill levels.
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge is a plus.
