Role Overview
We are hiring Cashiers for reputed hotel hospitality establishments in Kannur. You will be responsible for handling guest billing, processing payments, maintaining cash registers, and providing excellent customer service in hotel restaurants and front office departments.
This role is ideal for individuals with good numerical skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Freshers with basic computer knowledge can also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest billing and payment transactions at hotel restaurants, coffee shops, and front desks.
- Process cash, credit card, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
- Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain cash registers.
- Reconcile daily collections and prepare cash reports.
- Assist guests with inquiries about bills and charges.
- Coordinate with restaurant and front office staff for accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash counter.
- Follow hotel policies regarding cash handling and security.
Candidate Profile
- 10th / 12th / Any Graduate (B.Com preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience as a cashier (freshers can apply).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing software.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and good communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Honest and trustworthy with cash handling.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Work Settings
- Hotel Restaurants: Fine dining, coffee shops multi-cuisine restaurants.

- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and hotel).
