Role Overview

We are hiring skilled and friendly Bartenders for reputed hotel in Kannur. You will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for mixology and customer service. Both experienced bartenders and freshers with bartending training can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
Monitor inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies; place orders as needed.
Check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Create new cocktail recipes and specials as requested.
Assist in bar setup and closing duties.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.

Candidate Profile

10th / 12th / Any Graduate (hotel management or bartending course preferred).
0–4 years of experience in bartending (freshers with training can apply).
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Hotel Bars: 5-star, 4-star, and boutique hotel bars.
Restaurant Bars: Fine dining, casual dining, and lounge bars.
Pubs & Nightclubs: High-volume bars in entertainment venues.
Standalone Bars: Cocktail lounges, sports bars.
Resorts: Pool bars and beachside bars.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and venue).
