Role Overview

We are hiring caring and responsible Babysitters for family in Kannur. You will be responsible for caring for children at home, including feeding, playing, maintaining routines, ensuring safety, and providing a nurturing environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who love children and have experience in child care. Freshers with a genuine love for kids can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

Care for children in a safe and nurturing manner.
Feed children and ensure they follow meal schedules.
Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Engage children in age-appropriate play and educational activities.
Maintain daily routines including naps and meal times.
Ensure child safety at all times and child-proof the environment.
Light housekeeping related to children (cleaning bottles, toys, etc.).
Communicate with parents about child's activities and needs.

Candidate Profile

8th / 10th / 12th pass or higher (no specific educational requirement).
0–5 years of experience in babysitting or child care (freshers with love for kids can apply).
Patient, caring, and nurturing personality.
Basic knowledge of child development and safety.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English helpful for some families).
Ability to handle emergencies calmly.
First aid training is a plus.

Work Settings

Full-time Live-in: Stay with the family, accommodation provided.
Full-time Live-out: Daily shift, return home after work.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and hours).
