Role Overview

We are hiring skilled AC Technicians for service and maintenance roles in a company Kannur. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems including split AC, window units, cassette AC, and light commercial refrigeration. Immediate joining preferred.

The role involves both workshop and field work — visiting residential / commercial sites across Kannur. Opportunity to work with a leading HVAC service provider and grow as a senior technician or team lead.

Key Responsibilities

Install new air conditioners (split, window, VRF) as per standards — electrical connections, piping, brazing.
Diagnose and repair AC units: compressor issues, gas charging, PCB troubleshooting, refrigerant leaks.
Perform routine preventive maintenance: coil cleaning, filter cleaning, fan motor checks, thermostat calibration.
Carry out site visits, prepare service reports, and coordinate with the support team for spares.
Handle basic electrical tasks related to AC power supply, stabilizers, and DB connections (with safety).
Assist in chiller maintenance, air-cooled units, and package AC (training provided if required).

Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or 1–5 years of relevant field experience.
Hands-on experience with split AC, gas charging, copper brazing, and electrical troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of voltmeters, pressure gauges, and recovery machines. Own toolkit preferred.
Willing to travel within Kannur for service calls (travel allowance / company vehicle provided).
Good communication (Tamil / basic English) and customer handling skills.
Valid driving licence (two-wheeler) is a plus for field roles.
