Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day gym operations including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and member services.
• Manage and train gym staff including trainers, front desk, and cleaning personnel.
• Drive membership sales through promotions, tours, and follow-ups with leads.
• Ensure all gym equipment is well-maintained and safe for use; coordinate repairs when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and gym policies.
• Prepare reports on membership, revenue, and operational metrics for management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in gym/fitness center management or related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to achieve membership targets.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle.
