Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate commercials within company guidelines and close deals with proper documentation.

  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service to new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new clients acquired, revenue and repeat business.

Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate with 1–6 years experience in business development, corporate sales or B2B client acquisition.
  • Comfortable making cold calls, meeting new people and presenting services confidently.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email writing and online research tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Tumkur for client meetings and events as required.
