Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clear tables before, during, and after service.
- Process customer bills, handle cash/card payments, and return correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Welcome customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when asked.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and politely, ensuring correct portions and presentation.
- Check with customers throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Candidate Profile
- 10th / 12th pass or any graduate (no specific educational requirement).
- 0–3 years of experience in food service (freshers with good communication can apply).
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is a plus for some locations).
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and polite demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills for bill processing.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
