Role Overview

You will act as a link between the office and site teams, review drawings and BOQs, track progress and costs and ensure the project runs as per schedule, budget, quality and safety standards.[web:598][web:602]

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement by preparing material indents, following up with vendors and tracking delivery to site.[web:597][web:605]
  • Ensure quality and safety procedures are followed at site through coordination with site engineers and safety officers.[web:600][web:602]
  • Prepare simple project reports, minutes of meetings and update management and clients on project status.[web:598][web:600]
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, work programmes and basic budgets for ongoing projects in and around Raichur.[web:598][web:600]
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site engineers to ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications.[web:597][web:602]
  • Review GFC drawings, technical documents and RFIs and clarify site queries with consultants where required.[web:597][web:601]
  • Monitor daily and weekly progress from different sites, compare with plan and highlight delays or issues to the project manager.[web:598][web:603]
  • Assist in quantity take‑off, rate analysis, preparation of BOQs and checking contractor bills and measurements.[web:598][web:605]

Candidate Profile

  • B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with around 2–6 years experience as Site Engineer / Project Engineer in building or infrastructure projects.[web:599][web:603]
  • Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and services drawings and coordinate between them.[web:600][web:602]
  • Basic knowledge of project planning, MS Excel and familiarity with MS Project or similar tools will be an advantage.[web:600][web:605]
  • Good communication skills to interact with consultants, contractors, clients and internal teams and handle multiple tasks in parallel.[web:599][web:604]
