Role Overview
Organisations across Raichur are scaling their workforce in line with Karnataka's expanding financial services, retail, and healthcare economy, with Pre School Teacher among the priority roles being filled.
You will handle nursery, LKG or UKG sections, introduce basic concepts through stories and activities, and create a warm and safe classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the school’s timetable, curriculum guidelines, and daily routines for snacks, play time, and dispersal.
- Plan and conduct daily classes using stories, rhymes, games, drawing, and hands‑on activities suitable for pre school children.
- Introduce basic concepts such as colours, shapes, numbers, letters, good habits, and simple English conversation.
- Maintain a friendly and caring atmosphere in the classroom and help children settle, share, and interact with others.
- Observe each child’s behaviour and development and give simple feedback to parents during communication or meetings.
- Ensure that the classroom, toys, and learning materials are kept clean, safe, and neatly arranged.
Candidate Profile
- Enjoys spending time with young children and has a patient, caring, and cheerful nature.
- Good communication in English and local language to handle children and speak to parents.
- Preferred: Pre‑primary / Montessori / NTT training or prior experience as a pre school / kindergarten teacher.
- Ready to work from the school campus in Raichur during day shift timings as per school schedule.
