Role Overview

The position is plant-based and involves working on shop floor machines like presses, CNC, injection moulding, or packaging equipment depending on the company.

Key Responsibilities

Update simple production logs such as quantity produced, rejections, and machine down time.
Start and stop machines as per shift instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
Load raw materials or parts into machines and ensure continuous feeding during operation.
Observe machine operation, check output parts visually, and remove any clearly defective pieces.
Make basic adjustments like speed, feed, or simple settings as instructed by supervisors or setters.
Keep the work area clean, remove scrap, and place finished parts in designated bins or pallets.

Experience and Profile

Prior experience as a machine operator, helper, or production operator is an advantage but not always mandatory.
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in factory environment with shift timings.
Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and basic quality guidelines shared by line incharge.
Ready to work at company locations in and around Raichur industrial areas.
