Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in working condition.
- Follow health and safety protocols including proper uniform and personal hygiene.
- Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and peeling vegetables and fruits.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, countertops, and storage areas.
- Organize ingredients and supplies in the kitchen and cold storage.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow hygiene guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- 8th / 10th / 12th pass (no specific educational requirement).
- 0–2 years of experience in kitchen or food service (freshers can apply).
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Hardworking, punctual, and honest.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi helpful but not mandatory).
- Age 18–40 years (as per company policy).
