Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-surgical and post-hospitalization care.
- Educate family members on patient care and nutrition.
- Maintain patient records and report to supervising doctor or agency.
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per care plan and doctor's instructions.
- Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2) and report any abnormalities.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.
- Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
Candidate Profile
- GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with Karnataka Nursing Council (mandatory).
- 0–5 years of nursing experience (freshers with registration can apply).
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English helpful for some families).
- Ability to handle medical emergencies with calmness.
- Willingness to travel to patient homes (local candidates preferred).

- Elderly Care: Geriatric patients needing daily assistance and monitoring.
- Post-surgical Care: Patients recovering from surgeries at home.
- Chronic Illness: Diabetes, hypertension, cardiac care, etc.
- Palliative Care: Terminally ill patients needing comfort care.
