Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
Handle emergency situations with calmness and follow medical protocols.
Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Ensure infection control protocols are followed in the ward / ICU / general ward.

Candidate Profile

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) completed from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with Karnataka Nursing Council (or eligibility to register).
0–5 years of clinical experience (freshers with good internship can apply).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English (basic Hindi is a plus).
Compassionate, patient, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Multi-speciality Hospitals: General wards, ICUs, emergency departments.
Nursing Homes & Clinics: Outpatient care, minor procedures.
Community Health Centers: Rural and urban health programs.
Home Healthcare: Visiting patients at home (for specific roles).
