Key Responsibilities

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners for tracking inventory.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to warehouse rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse aisles and loading areas.
• Operate counterbalance and reach trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage racks safely and efficiently.
• Stack and arrange pallets in designated locations following warehouse layout.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate placement of goods.

Candidate Profile

• Valid forklift operator license / certification (mandatory).
• 1–5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment (freshers with certification can apply).
• Experience with counterbalance and reach trucks preferred.
• Knowledge of safe material handling and warehouse safety standards.
• Ability to work in shifts (morning, evening, or night).
• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Warehouse Equipment

• Counterbalance Forklift: For general material handling and loading/unloading.
• Reach Truck: For narrow aisles and high stacking in racking systems.
• Electric Pallet Jack: For moving pallets short distances.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS): For inventory tracking and location management.
• Handheld Scanners: For barcode scanning and inventory updates.
