Key Responsibilities

  • Report any delivery issues, delays, or undelivered packages to the supervisor.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and ensure safety of packages.
  • Follow company policies regarding uniform, behavior, and delivery protocols.
  • Pick up assigned parcels from the delivery hub / sort center and plan the most efficient delivery route.
  • Deliver packages to customers within the promised time window with care and professionalism.
  • Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions accurately and submit collections at the end of the day.
  • Obtain customer signatures / OTP confirmations for proof of delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery timing and address clarifications via phone.

Candidate Profile

  • 8th / 10th / 12th pass or any graduate (no specific educational requirement).
  • Valid LMV (two-wheeler) driving license with clean record.
  • Own two-wheeler (scooter / motorcycle) in good condition is mandatory.
  • Smartphone with internet connection for navigation and delivery app.
  • 0–3 years of delivery experience (freshers with bike and license can apply).
  • Good knowledge of Raichur routes and localities.
  • Basic language skills in Tamil (English/Hindi helpful for communication).
  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of outdoor work.

Tools & Support Provided

  • Delivery app with GPS navigation and route optimization.
  • Company-provided uniform and identity card.
  • Mobile reimbursement or SIM card (varies by company).
  • Fuel allowance / reimbursement (based on delivery volume).
  • Basic training on delivery processes and customer handling.
