Key Responsibilities

Follow company cash handling and security procedures while working at the counter or cash cabin.
Receive cash and cheque payments from customers for loan EMIs, deposits, and other finance products.
Issue receipts for all transactions and ensure that entries are recorded correctly in the system or manual register.
Maintain daily cash book, tally cash on hand with system reports, and report any difference immediately.
Prepare bank deposit slips and hand over cash and cheques to authorised staff for deposit as per company timing.
Verify basic customer details on payment vouchers and supporting documents before accepting funds.

Candidate Profile

Comfortable handling cash, cheques, and basic calculations during the day.
Attention to detail while entering amounts, counting cash, and updating registers or software.
Polite and professional behaviour while dealing with walk-in customers at the finance company branch.
