Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and share company presentations, proposals and quotations as per client needs.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, emails and meetings until closure.
- Negotiate commercials within company guidelines and close deals with proper documentation.
- Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, proposals and closures in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service to new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new clients acquired, revenue and repeat business.
- Identify and generate leads from online research, references, networking and industry databases.
- Call and meet potential corporate clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate with 1–6 years experience in business development, corporate sales or B2B client acquisition.
- Comfortable making cold calls, meeting new people and presenting services confidently.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email writing and online research tools.
- Willingness to travel within Mysuru for client meetings and events as required.
