Key Responsibilities

Perform regular backup checks, basic restore tests, and routine maintenance activities.
Document recurring issues, standard procedures, and changes performed on infrastructure components.
Monitor servers, networks, and critical services to keep systems available and responsive.
Install and configure operating systems, standard applications, and required updates on user machines and servers.
Manage user accounts, basic access permissions, and system housekeeping tasks as per company policies.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues raised by users.

Experience and Profile

Hands-on exposure to desktop support, basic server administration, or IT helpdesk activities.
Comfortable working with Windows or Linux environments and common office applications.
Ability to prioritize tickets, communicate with non-technical users, and close issues within agreed timelines.
Willingness to work from the Mangaluru office and support occasionally extended or rotational shifts if required.
