Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stores/warehouse to maintain proper records, support periodic stock checks, and help reduce shortages and excess stock.[web:373][web:374][web:380]
  • Monitor stock levels and support planning of replenishment based on sales, production plan, or customer orders.[web:373][web:374][web:378]
  • Coordinate with purchase team and suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials, packing items, and other supplies.[web:373][web:374][web:380]
  • Plan and follow up dispatches with transporters or couriers, track shipments, and share delivery status with internal teams or customers.[web:374][web:377][web:380]
  • Review basic supply chain data such as inward, outward, lead time, and vehicle utilisation, and highlight delays or issues to seniors.[web:373][web:374][web:379]

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, or inventory-related roles in a company or manufacturing/trading environment is preferred.[web:373][web:374][web:376]
  • Basic understanding of purchase, stores, and dispatch processes and how they link in the supply chain.[web:373][web:374]
  • Comfortable using Excel, email, and basic ERP or logistics software for tracking and reporting.[web:373][web:376]
