Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate demo classes, counselling sessions and small seminars on computer careers along with faculty and center management.[web:542][web:544]
  • Support basic front office work like attending calls, managing reception area and helping with fee payment and receipt guidance for students.[web:542][web:553]
  • Handle enquiries from students and parents at the front office, over phone and through online leads and explain computer course offerings, fees, duration and batch timings.[web:542][web:550]
  • Understand the student’s education background, interests and career goals and suggest suitable courses like basic computer, MS Office, Tally, DTP, programming, hardware or networking.[web:541][web:543]

Candidate Profile
