Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest stays.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Upsell hotel services and promote special offers to guests.
- Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
Candidate Profile
- 10th / 12th / Any Graduate (hotel management preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in front office or customer service (freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and polite demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel management software).
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and hotel).
