The role is based in Hassan (Hassan office) with field visits across the city. Ideal for ITI / Diploma freshers or those with basic electrical knowledge who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities (Training Period)
- Assist senior technicians in installation of split and window ACs (mounting, piping, electrical connections).
- Learn to diagnose common AC issues: gas leakage, compressor problems, PCB faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance: coil cleaning, filter cleaning, fan motor checks under supervision.
- Handle basic tools like multimeter, pressure gauge, brazing torch (training provided).
- Follow safety protocols while working at height or with electrical equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize tools / spares after service visits.
Candidate Profile (Fresher)
- ITI (Refrigeration & AC) / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical, or 10th/12th pass with interest in AC repair.
- Basic understanding of electricity, voltage, and current (high school physics is enough).
- Willing to learn, travel within Hassan, and work in a team.
- Good physical fitness (able to carry tools, climb ladders if needed).
- Age 18–25 years. Two-wheeler driving license is a plus (not mandatory initially).
- No prior work experience required — only passion to learn technical skills.
Growth Path
- Become a Junior Technician within 6 months, Senior Technician in 1–2 years.
- Opportunity to learn advanced HVAC systems: VRF, chillers, cold rooms.
- Clear progression to Team Leader or Service Supervisor roles.
