Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers with luggage and provide a courteous, professional experience.
Use GPS / navigation apps to find optimal routes and avoid traffic congestion.
Collect payments (if applicable) and handle cash / digital transactions accurately.
Follow company policies regarding uniform, behavior, and trip documentation.
Drive passengers safely to their destinations following traffic rules and company guidelines.
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations as per trip assignments.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle interior and exterior.
Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights) and report any maintenance needs.

Candidate Profile

Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license (commercial license / badge preferred).
8th / 10th / 12th pass; basic reading/writing skills in Tamil (English/Hindi helpful for passenger communication).
1–5 years of driving experience (freshers with badge license can apply).
Good knowledge of Gulbarga roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Physically fit and able to sit for long hours of driving.
Smartphone with internet connection for navigation and trip apps.

Vehicle Options

Company-provided vehicle: Work with cab provided by the company (AC hatchback / sedan / SUV).
Owner-cum-driver: Use your own vehicle and earn higher revenue (for select platforms).
Rental basis: Rent a vehicle from the company on daily/weekly basis.
