Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with inquiries about bills and charges.
  • Coordinate with restaurant and front office staff for accurate billing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash counter.
  • Follow hotel policies regarding cash handling and security.
  • Handle guest billing and payment transactions at hotel restaurants, coffee shops, and front desks.
  • Process cash, credit card, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain cash registers.
  • Reconcile daily collections and prepare cash reports.

Candidate Profile

  • 10th / 12th / Any Graduate (B.Com preferred).
  • 0โ€“3 years of experience as a cashier (freshers can apply).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing software.
  • Good numerical and calculation skills.
  • Customer-friendly attitude and good communication in Tamil and basic English.
  • Honest and trustworthy with cash handling.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Settings

  • Hotel Restaurants: Fine dining, coffee shops multi-cuisine restaurants.
