Role Overview

We are hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Girls for reputed textile showrooms in Gadag-betigeri. You will be responsible for assisting customers with fabric selection, handling billing and payments, maintaining showroom displays, and providing excellent customer service in a vibrant retail environment.

This role is ideal for women with good communication skills and a passion for fashion and textiles. Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in selecting fabrics for their needs (sarees, suits, dress materials, etc.).
Provide product information about fabric types, quality, care instructions, and pricing.
Handle billing and payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom displays and shelves.
Fold and organize fabrics after customer handling.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Coordinate with other team members for smooth showroom operations.

Candidate Profile

10th / 12th / Any Graduate (female candidates).
0–4 years of experience in retail sales (freshers can apply).
Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
Interest in fabrics, fashion, and helping customers.
Basic numerical skills for billing and cash handling.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and showroom).
