Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic Sales Executives for a leading telecom company in Gadag-betigeri. You will be responsible for selling mobile connections, broadband, fiber optic services, and other telecom products to retail customers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell mobile connections, postpaid plans, broadband, fiber optic internet, and other telecom services to customers.
- Visit retail outlets, business establishments, and residential areas to promote telecom products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Explain product features, tariff plans, and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers with documentation and application process for new connections.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing.
- Process orders and coordinate with installation teams for timely service delivery.
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and submit to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (telecom / FMCG / retail preferred). Freshers with good communication can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Gadag-betigeri for field visits.
- Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred for field roles.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and order processing.
