We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a vibrant fashion design company in Gadag-betigeri. You will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting the design team, coordinating with vendors and clients, and managing administrative tasks in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and phone calls, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Assist fashion designers with scheduling appointments, client meetings, and fashion show/event coordination.
  • Coordinate with fabric suppliers, tailors, embroiders, and other vendors for timely delivery of materials and samples.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for client orders, design sketches, fabric samples, and important documents.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and following up on payments (with support from accounts team).
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and maintain digital and physical records.
  • Support the team in organizing fashion shows, lookbook shoots, and client presentations.

Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA) with 0โ€“4 years of administrative experience (freshers with good skills can apply).
  • Interest in fashion, design, or creative industries is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus for client interaction).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a creative environment.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/ Tally is an advantage.
