Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives for a leading FMCG company in Gadag-betigeri. You will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, managing distributor relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving monthly sales targets in your assigned territory.
This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for field sales and a desire to build a career in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Both experienced FMCG sales professionals and freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and general stores in assigned territory to promote and sell company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure adequate product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail points.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers in the territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Process orders, coordinate with distributors for timely delivery, and ensure payment collection.
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and submit to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG field sales or related area (freshers with good communication can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gadag-betigeri for field visits.
- Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred for field roles.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and order processing.
