🍛 Food Service 🧹 Cleaning & Hygiene ⏱️ Morning / General Shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean tables, counters, and dining areas after meals to maintain hygiene.
  • Assist in washing utensils, plates, glasses, and kitchen equipment.
  • Help in basic food preparation such as cutting vegetables, arranging items, etc. (under supervision).
  • Ensure the canteen area is tidy, stocked with napkins, cutlery, and drinking water.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines including personal hygiene and proper uniform.
  • Support senior canteen staff and cooks as needed.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers / employees in the canteen or cafeteria.

Candidate Profile

  • 8th / 10th / 12th pass (no specific educational requirement).
  • 0–2 years of experience in canteen, hotel, or food service (freshers can apply).
  • Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Hardworking, punctual, and honest.
  • Basic communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi helpful but not mandatory).
  • Age 18–35 years (as per company policy).

Work Settings

  • Office Canteens: IT parks, corporate offices, factories.
  • Hospital Canteens: Staff and visitor cafeterias.
  • Hotels & Restaurants: Back-of-house support roles.
  • Educational Institutions: School / college canteens.
  • Industrial Canteens: Manufacturing plant cafeterias.
