- Execute manual test cases for assigned modules and record test results clearly in the test management or tracking tool.
- Log bugs or issues in the defect tracking system with proper steps, screenshots, and simple impact details.
- Re-test fixed issues and help with regression testing during new builds or releases for client projects.
- Follow the quality process defined by the IT company and update daily status in project trackers or reports.
Fresher Profile
- Interest in software testing, quality, and finding issues in IT company applications and products.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts from course work, training, or self-learning.
- Comfortable working with web or mobile applications and documenting test results in a structured format.
